Second IMEI Registration

Second IMEI registration is only available for devices that the DMS auto-registered during the observation period — i.e., devices whose first IMEI was already in use on a Nigerian operator's network before the DMS went live. If your device wasn't auto-registered, use the regular registration above and submit both IMEIs together.
